Reading Logs

Students will receive a new log every Monday.  A reading log is a green sheet of paper that can be found in the "Reading" section of the student binder.  Reading logs are part of daily homework.  Students are asked to read at least 20 minutes per night, record it on the reading log, and have parents sign it.

Reading logs are due every Friday.  I ask that this be student reading or parent student reading.  Please do not inclued parent reading to studnet on this log.  While this is also important, the reading log is for student reading only.

I invite students to use this time as leisure reading.  They may read whatever they choose.  It may be a novel, picture book, magazine, computer article, etc.
Please sign and return all School forms  immediately.
Conduct folders will be sent home every Tuesday, along with the Tuesday folder.  This will give you feedback on your chid's performance for the week.
