Welcome to Mr. Merritt's classroon. We do Science, Social Studies, and Math here.
In Science we're learning about the Sun, Earth, and the Moon and the relationships between them. Revolution, Rotation, Axis, Phases of the Moon, Seasons, and much more. Our next unit is Weather.
In Social Studies we're finishing up a review of geography and getting ready to study the Northeast states. Get ready for Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey Maryland, and Delaware.
In Math we just concluded our first unit on geometry and we're now beginning a unit on numbers. Please review the parent newsletter on this unit. Study your math facts!
